We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any opened, used, or personal-care products including (but not limited to) sprays, cosmetics, hair tools, and accessories.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

 

 

If you receive a product that is:

 


  • damaged,
  • defective, or
  • not what you ordered…


Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:


  1. Your order number
  2. A clear photo/video of the issue
  3. A brief description of the concern

Once verified, we will gladly replace the item or issue store credit.





Lost or Stolen Packages



Once an order has been shipped, She’s Complete is not responsible for:


  • lost packages,
  • stolen packages, or
  • incorrect addresses provided at checkout.



Customers are responsible for submitting accurate shipping information.


If needed, we will assist you in filing a carrier claim.





Order Cancellations



Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
